Load factoring is selling the invoice for a load you already delivered to a factoring company. The factor pays you now and gets paid by the broker later. You keep hauling instead of financing the broker's payment terms out of your own pocket.
Brokers rarely pay quickly. Across 468 broker payments we tracked from September 2025 to September 2026, the median broker paid 29 days after the invoice, one in ten took more than 43 days, and 43% took longer than 30 days. Fuel, insurance, and repairs do not wait that long — load factoring closes that gap.
Example: You deliver a $2,000 load on Tuesday and send us the rate confirmation and signed BOL. We verify the load with the broker and deposit $1,940 the same day or Wednesday morning — your choice. The broker pays us in 35 days. That is the whole transaction.
Get the bill of lading signed at delivery. That signature is what makes the invoice factorable.
Email or upload the broker's rate confirmation and the signed BOL. No separate invoice needed — we build it.
We confirm the delivery with the broker and check their credit for free, so you never get stuck with a broker that will not pay.
Funds land in your bank account the same day or next business day. The broker pays us on their normal terms.
Need fuel before delivery? Fuel advances work on the same load.
A flat 3% of the load. Not “from 3%” — 3%, whether the broker pays in 20 days or 60. No application, setup, ACH, monthly-minimum, or termination fees.
| Load pays | Flat 3% fee | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| $1,500 | $45 | $1,455 |
| $2,500 | $75 | $2,425 |
| $4,000 | $120 | $3,880 |
Many factors advertise 1.5% and raise it at day 31, 46, and 61. Ours does not move. Full detail on the pricing page.

One truck, one load at a time. Factoring the slow-paying loads keeps fuel money in the account between hauls.
Two to twenty trucks means two to twenty invoices out at once. Factoring steadies payroll and fuel.
Brand-new MC with no payment history? We approve new authorities that other factors turn down, because we underwrite the broker, not you.
Your credit score is not part of the decision. The broker's is.

Load factoring is selling the invoice for a delivered load to a factoring company. The factor pays you right away and collects from the broker when the broker pays, usually 30–90 days later. At AutoFreightFactoring you receive 100% of the load minus a flat 3% fee, same day or next business day.
Same day or next business day — you choose when you submit. Send the rate confirmation and signed BOL after delivery; we verify the load with the broker and fund your bank account.
No. There are no monthly minimums and no contract, so you can factor one load, every load, or none this month. Many carriers factor only the loads from slow-paying brokers.
A flat 3% of the invoice. On a $2,000 load you receive $1,940. There are no application, setup, ACH, monthly-minimum, or termination fees, and the rate never climbs no matter how long the broker takes to pay.
No. We check the broker's credit, not yours. New authorities and carriers with bad or no credit are approved on the strength of the broker they hauled for.
The rate confirmation from the broker and the signed bill of lading (BOL) showing delivery. For your first load we also set up your account with your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and a voided check.
